When the stock is up ,the company will leverage it to pay off debts and screw over Employees-Employees would only benefit if the created a wealth stream to them. Like an ESPP plan or RSU issued by the board.
When the stock is up everyone benefits. And if this keeps up, the 401k match will grow and ESPP will be back.
$122.50 this morning and trending down. Come on, let's destroy this thing! I see great potential for more staff reductions.
Not only is FIS at almost $143 a share, it pays a dividend as well. Seems like Fiserv has always been a step behind FIS as far as valuation is concerned.
Well as long as the stock price is beating FIS, its all worth it.
