Once upon a time Intel was a place for people who excelled in what they did and who knew here they'd receive the needed push to always do better and a reward for their hard work. Well, those days are long gone. Now most of the employees are mediocre at best and nobody sees an issue with that. Going above and beyond is no longer rewarded so barely anybody even tries. It would be naive to think that wouldn't be reflected in the results.

Management doesn't care if you're innovative or adaptable. The only thing they care about is that you be their slave zombie and "do your job."
Intel is just a cesspool of corruption for nepotists to find no-work "jobs" for their cousins and wives.
The best don't come to Intel, only s—ers who can't get a job anywhere else or those so naive to believe in the KoolAid. Of course money talk for some people, others want to do great things, they certainly won't make intel their first choice.
But there are rags to riches everywhere, but the question is larger, how is the company doing, and did it add value for the amount of money and talent it has, in that group INTEL is both a loser and a s—er company for those trapped there.
Pat got offer over $100 million from Intel just curious he wants the money or the job

I am not sure if going above and beyond is worth it for a worker bee, it often leads only to burnout. The risk to your health outweighs the reward. You see this over and over, why do you think they hire RCGS?
