Will women build servers and storage? I was doing that on HP factory floors to pay my way through college in the early 90s. Then I moved into deployment engineering. We've been building servers and storage and working as engineers for decades. I wish I could slap a double face palm into this comment thread. Women can read AND vote now. Do try to keep up.

heard it was a way to give incentive to folks to leave so that they could hire new resources based on diversity and inclusion. They are making a big push on that. They also are big for empowering women in the workforce. They didn't think laying off good people was a good idea so hence the VBO. Dell...are you listening.
