I heard the people that haven't gone to campus in a year ruined it for everyone else especially when they ignored suggested rotation schedules.
Thanks a lot to those jackasses, hope you enjoyed traveling around working remote everywhere - cause it was so much safer than campus eye roll.
The campus is 30% occupied at most. The management has noticed you are never coming to the office. They are not going to accept that much longer. The social distancing and masking is 100% and not a reason for not being here several days a week. You are a way more risk going to Kroger or HEB. Get in line for a shot and get prepared to come in person. I have been at the campus almost every day since we could come back.
Please be honest that your productivity declines spending weeks at a time at home. They also notice that the population drops off on Friday. You do not work for google.
The policies at EM are pure insanity. I am so glad to be out of this sh!thole. Making better money and in a company that actually cares about their employee's health and well being. Shocking, I know... Like me, if you're not willing to settle, vote with your feet and GTFO. Plenty of people doing it, most ending up in a better spot either financially, emotionally, geographically, or all three.

The only way to drink the Kool aid, kiss your managers butt to justify their existence, have your manager judge your "wokeness" and adherence to diversity and inclusion and justify the building of the great crystal palace is to show up for work every day, otherwise you VILL be exterminated. Also much easier to spy on you when your in the palace.
Those who won't/couldn't come back will be terminated. That's for sure.
