Zoominfo shows $110.3 Million. Is it true. Are they ready to go IPO?

Pensando is DoA. They're very top heavy and too hardware-focused. it's expensive hardware with a questionable value proposition. Their original plan was to function as another startup inside Cisco and tap into its large sales force to pitch some sort of cohesive data center story. We all know how that ended. Robbins' arrogance sealed the fate of Pensando.

My sense is Pensando isn’t moving product likes they thought they would. Edge computing sounds great but can mean different things to different people. It seems Pensando is dating themselves by partnering with HPE and VMWare to position their solution. I see the likes of Verizon, AWS and Azure are also flooding the market with their buzzwords like distributed edge or IOT edge, etc - obviously this all needs compute somewhere (like the cloud perhaps). I’d be surprised a big iron company IPO’ing given many F500’s looking to exit/reducing their data center footprint.
