Hunger Games

Because of regressive policies like forced rankings, YOUR mistake is MY safety net. Why should I tell you that you are about to make a costly error
and get the BE hot potato?

I didn’t happen to think that way, but I knew many who did.

I moved on, but I feel bad for people stuck there. They deserve better.

Many of us shot for this not through poor work ethic or poor production or quality of work, but instead by speaking up to management and sticking up for ourselves and our peers knowing we’d be black listed and ultimately let go as a result. For some of us it was a great option out. Let me tell you, life on the other side is beautiful. You can breathe freely and live without constant fear that the lies they tell will be believed by their manager.

I didn't find it that way at all. If anything, my coworkers and I would go out of our way and spend more time helping others than we should have.
