DW: Filling your own pockets while forcing 35% (at least) of the workforce out is unethical and will haunt you until you take your last breath.
The worse
We're going to invest in value advantaged opportunities across our value chain for shareholder advantage. I guess I'm qualified to be the CEO too!
@1cvr+19O1oM9K
You hit so many nails on the head -
gotta call you 'The Coffin Maker'.
I think people are regretting choosing DW. Would have been better in a middle manager role.
He's like 80 layers up so I have no idea, really.
he's got the charisma of a baked potato
At this point, he is a mere functionary Head of State.
Signing off on recommendations from external consultants.
Perhaps that's always been the case with DW.
You'd have to go way back to find a visionary in EM CEO role.
Lee Raymond at least had the ear of world and business leaders.
I needed a good laugh. Thanks for posting the question.
DW and entire board must go!
He’s a good operations executive, but far from a visionary public face to the company which is what people seem to want in a CEO nowadays
I’m sure the board think so. Otherwise, why is he still not getting PIPed yet.
Otherwise, those 4 senior execs- JW, AS, NC, ND who got issued RSUs despite losses at the company - also will think he’s a good CEO.
Hope this answers the question.
@jnc+19O1oM9K It’s not a beauty contest.
NO! NO!NO!!!!!

Waiting for Woods to react to this?
I honestly do not. The reasoning for me is that he is not forward looking enough. What has worked in the last isn’t in the future and he should have realized this years ago before he became CEO.
The way that he interacts with people shows he doesn’t value people. He becomes agitated easily form what I have seen form multiple appearances, their is a lack of being genuine which spells distrust for me and a ceo needs to be trusted.
The decisions I am seeing him make over the last few years are very reactive and not proactive. I sense he is just waiting his time out and wants to retire.
And if there is anybody who does, can you please explain why?
