Wait, Isn't this the same guy who laid of thousands of the most talented, veterned, connected, media savvy employees in LA because of Cvd? I thought covid was bad??? Thats ALL we've heard for a year at T., Cvd is to blame for every problem at Att/WM, hence the reason we are laying off, no bonuses, early retirement etc...now the truth comes out? So, I guess they sacrificed thousands of employees to cover the $52,000,000 salary for that clown! Makes sense to me.
Kilar is an ego filled, attention seeking,' wanna be', with an incredibly big mouth who likes to 'Lean into' everything! He pretends he cares about social justice issues and treating employees with 'dignity', but thinks covid is good for business!?. He's a tool! Kilar and Att thought his Harvard degree made him the smartest guy in the room, when in actuality, he's a complete dork who true Hollywood insiders laugh at. He rolled into Warner Bros., threw around his authority, after Att foolishly gave him total control the company. Kilar has never managed more than 700 people, yet Att hired him as CEO of the largest studio in Hollywood!? Thousands have paid the price for horrible management!
