Just curious how many MSL’s are at each club. How many openers and how many closers.

Not marketing. MSL is Member Services Lead. It’s coded as Member Team Lead and prints on schedules as that.
Our allowance is 5 but we have a PT so 6. 2 AM, 3PM and the PT helps when there is only one opener or one closer. But they should have 2 am, 1 mod, 2 pm. The current way they have the blocks is just mad. When the stars misalign you have 1 am and 1 pm. Rip.
What’s a marketing team lead?? That position was eliminated. There’s a marketing representative which is a glorified salaried POS. At least in our club. Doesn’t do anything but bully and intimidate cashiers. Spends all day in office with other coaches doing nothing.

We have 6 with 3 openers and 3 closers.
We have 5 two openers and 3 closers we use our marketing teamlead as a mid shift she works every weekend with Tuesday and Thursday off
I agree with needing a midshift! Where do we suggest this? I told management that and they shot it down real quick!!
Right now we technically have 4 due to hiring freeze. When all is right it will be 5. 2 openers and 3 closers. But since covid we have been running mids. Tbh, we always should. It should be 2 openers, 1 mid and 2 closers. We should never have just one opener. Because our club is insane once 10 hits and the opener is overwhelmed with no help and rarely gets lunch before the 1pm people come in.
Since covid though.. we are using the Marketing Team lead as an MSL still working their normal shift of mon-fri 7-330 and that has saved our bacon on occasions when we haven't had another mid.
