The Military Training business and the Combat Propulsion systems business are being sold to two separate buyers. This will generate something like a billion dollars in cash (not to mention various bonuses).
Will this be the end of the much hyped planned for divestments? I dont think so.

HR tried throwing these stupid little parties, which meant they drove to Krispy Kreme and bought a few boxes of donuts (which they never got enough for everyone anyhow) and thought this was some grand gesture.
I watched with absolute disbelief as people announced their retirements or resignations... these were all people with 15 and 20 years or more at L3... what did the company do?
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. NO SMALL GET TOGETHER, NOT EVEN A CARD PASS AROUND FOR PEOPLE TO SIGN. NO EFFORT AT ALL.
If it wasn't for a few people in several departments who contributed a few dollars for a lousy cake from Costco, they would have had no celebration or recognition at all. THAT'S PATHETIC.

I could care less. I hope the entire business goes straight to the dumpster. I've never worked for a company that did less for their employees, hired complete fools and expected twelve hour days that consisted of doing nothing but deceiving customers.
