Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

With or without severance

I’ve reached my savings goal “just in case” there is a layoff around the corner. That being said, how many here are waiting on a wave of layoffs to happen and hoping to get offered a severance before moving on vs. those who are actively looking for other opportunities? I am in the latter category and while severance would be good it’s not enough to keep me here longer than needed.

Severance. Visiting a psychologist and drinking one more c—tail per evening is worth what would be for me more than a year of paid time-off. I'm all smiles till the pink slip, baby!

Agree! The people making decisions have no knowledge of the process. Causing huge issues.

I'm waiting on severance... the minutia in my dept is over overwhelmig. They gore friends and family so no experience people making procedures. Terrible
