The Manifestation of a Toxic Anti Employee

Culture by leadership in order to thin the payroll due to leaderships bone headed hundred billion dollar plus blunders will linger for many years with the remaining employee base. Stankey and Stevenson created a carcass simply to feed off of. No one would follow either of those two into battle and take a bullet for them. Stankey constantly says "We need to...." When he could have earned far more allegiance and productivity if he said "As a result of bad strategic decisions we need to...". But out of the gate he infused toxicity immediately into HBO, Time Warner, and Hollywood. Time Warner will become a sc-apyard for buyers to pick through. $110B acquisition will be piece parted out for $40B.

Why bother with what pablum they spew?
They are the lead clowns at the circus.
Nothing more.
You provide much more to the company than they could ever hope to.
You are a mere tool they haven't figured out how to kick to the curb yet.
Pay no mind...they don't care, and, as a matter of fact, get a kick out of knowing of your idiocy for caring.
Work.
STFU.
Smile, wave.
STOP CARING except for the customers.
Try to run them out of $$$$
Don't let the "lion" tamers win. They find your opinions entertaining.
If you tools.....errr employees adopted that mantra, things would change quick.

The dividend and cash flow are what keeps the stock price from plummeting. So many others are coming to hack away at that Cash Flow from all angles. ATT would be a monster right now if they put that debt into the fiber pipes and wireless. It's not that they simply passed on doing that but that they threw debt fueled capital at making TMobile a Jauggernaut, Buying a Dying Antiquated content delivery subscription service only to accelerate the cord cutting, and bought into a business that they have no idea how to play ball in. Essentially they are filling the boat with water and drilling holes in the floor simultaneously. Reducing the workforce won't fix that mindset because as soon as the balance sheet makes some improvements they will overpay for another business they have rationalized in their head can create synergytistic magic.

Leadership manages the cash flow and dividend payment first and employees are further on down the list. Unfortunately they manage the cash flow so much so that they can't see the Forrest through the Trees and do so many things in the present that decay that cash flow in the future. It is the reason they make bad acquisitions, cast great employees aside, and can't see competition until it affects their cash flow numbers. TMobile is going to hit their cash flow very hard in the coming years and leadership continues to underestimate them. Hollywood has and will continue to turn their back on ATT and they still underestimate that. Manage creativity and content development in a spreadsheet, what could go wrong?
