A former colleague told me that he had great ideas that just didn’t resonate here. He quit and took his ideas to another company and is now happier than ever. His ideas were accepted almost immediately and he was able to very quickly advance in that company. It seems to me that Mondelez doesn’t have a lot of interest for good ideas anymore and that’s not good at all.

A big part of working for Mondelez is for them to let YOU know they DO NOT value YOU. They also want to make sure YOU know YOUR opinions do not matter. This company is ALL about control. They will DEFINITELY cut off their nose to spite their face as long as they are telling YOU what to do, and HOW to do it. Even if it doesn't work. Yes, EVEN IF IT DOESN'T WORK. THEY will let YOU know when it doesn't work. Until then, suffer in silence!
