The recent Third Court decision and EEOC guidelines follow the trail of the EEOC finding against IBM leaders who directed managers to replace older workers with early-career hires. In the determination letter sent to the charging parties, the EEOC reported resource actions analyzed between 2013 and 2018 showed more than 85 percent of redundancies impacted older employees.

I watched the whole 35 minute youtube video.. misery needs company.. its not just IBM thats a corporate a-hole big time

I didnt go to court , but the treatment i received was very similar to Frank's

I saw an email where there was a vague reference to some "exit letter".. I asked if there was some implied NDA different from BCG?... no answer.. I signed nothing.. no exit interview.. no "goodbye email".. I owe IBM squat.. they got more than enuff out of me

just give me all the money you owe me and leave me alone (I am sick of Fidelity Netbenefits and HR voicemail that they dont exist any more)

I will watch your demise from the sidelines now.. thankfully.. rather than as a participant.

I was discriminated against, but did not want a 4-5 year litigation fight.. I had changed into something/somebody i did not really like in order to survive at IBM

finally leaving allowed me to finally start changing back
