So how do we get a class action. I was denied EOI but feel it was only financial as it was much easier and cheaper to get rid of newbies

You have to show show discrimination, which is easy with Mondelez! If the “newbies” are all under 40 and they denied those over 40, that’s age discrimination. They have to provide that info. Like I said, it ain’t hard! And you’ll find about any attorney take a class action with no retainer, they will just take a percentage of the settlement. All day and every day!
