It's not the Layoff board, it's me.
Expecting more of a support environment - what's going on, how do I plan for it, and if it happens what are the best options/strategies/tactics for dealing with it.
The recent entry re: Voya and 401K rollover difficulties is an example of what I would expect here on a Layoff board. But these are few and far between.
Piling on DW, though deserved, is not what this is about.
This board is politicized and petty.
Much like the EM workplace, so I guess I'm not surprised.

NOT life-changing - don't give the Company that benefit.
They'd love to take away every benefit, but that is not one.
