My manager is an expert on gaslighting.
She's a horrendous person, like most managers in Treasury Services, whose only talent is to rely upon one person on their team to handle complex projects while allowing her pals to slack. Rant over.

My manager used people. She had/has her favorite few and it was very obvious. Our old manager was kicked out to put her in at still high but lower salary. It got to her head and she started being rude to people with dirty looks and stuff. Loved to make people feel low and pushed her weight around right before I got let go. I think she did it hoping I would quit instead of being laid off but that didn’t work for her. Karma comes around.
This sounds familiar. She's horrible at managing her time and it becomes her team's problem - actually it becomes the problem of the one or two people she heavily depends on (the rest of the team has nothing to do). She's late for every 1-1 or doesn't show up at all. She has no respect for other peoples' time. Worst manager ever!
Sounds like my old manager. Types in all CAPS and highlights in yellow? Demands you drop everything NOW because she was previously unavailable due to driving her daughter around in the car to settle her down? OBNOXIOUS
