How do you deal with a belligerent manager if he is friends with his direct supervisor?

Find where the spouse works and tell them they are cheating on the phone

Nothing. You are a peon on the bottom of the labor pile. As such you will be treated like scum. The only way to improve the situation is to get a management job and then belittle and abuse those below you. It is the American way.
A meeting with several p-ss-d off associates in the cooler where there are no cameras can change even the worst attitudes.
Sadly.. nothing. Even ethics doesn't seem to want to do anything despite the amount of statements to horrible treatment. It's a pandemic in this company.
You go over his friends head. They will turn to self-preservation at that point to save their own skin
