Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

Us bank is slowly dying

Big changes in every department, hiring freeze, poor management, very poor executive management.......not sure how they keep getting most ethical company or best place to work. They keep serving the coolaid to the enployees

Employees and ex employees need to sue the heck out of these corrupt chumps. CEO, CFO, executive team is a bunch of crooks who read scripts but in reality don’t care about anyone

This place is more corrupt than Wells Fargo. I've first hand witnessed credit cards being opened for customers without their knowledge so branch can hit goal, having customers needlessly opening more accounts so banker's can get paid, etc.... Nothing ethical about this place and HR does it's best to cover up. It's a deplorable culture.

Every "best place to".. blah blah is based on payment. Yes, the company PAYS A FEE to the specific Forbes or BS index that posts the "best place to" in magazines and websites. US Bank is the best workplace to have a heartattack, to live toxic environments and pass out waiting for a merit increast.

Yeah it feels like that when you work for them until you realize they have reported record revenue every year and legitimately crush it financially, still the best performing superregional bank in the US. So your anecdotal experience is pretty far off from what’s actually happening
