Recall years ago, after Enron went bust, that we HON Shareholders voted to disconnect the jobs of CEO and Chairman of the Board, since so many times the CEO/Chairman would simply pack the Board with toadies and yes-men to simply nod their heads in unison with any of his harebrained schemes. Of course the CEO and Board at the time chose to consider such a change insane and rejected it, and HON has been the worse for it. Totally unaccountable, except to its largest institutional investors.
E-bands do not go through the same assesments as us minions. They are under a 3 year non-binding employment contract which measures purely in their results therefore, they can be as unscrupulous as they need be to achieve desired results without being rated on their behaviors.
Darius, on the other hand, is purely by the whims of the board of directors. If he is making Honeywell rich, he geta rich in the process
This a joke right? DA's doing great. 20M. He doesn't have to change anything.
It should be obvious to everyone that he is in the one block, because he gets the biggest raise every yearJust like the CEO’s before him. Where do you think those Honeywell behaviors are modeled from?
Lol, like you have even been in the same room with him outside a town hall.
Don’t judge until you walk in his shoes.
Spend your time helping your immediate manager improve by convincing them to have a solid. Maybe , just maybe they will pass it along.
You’re at the wrong place for a open and honest workplace. When pigs can fly
