Don't forget about their golden parachutes. I don't know how much AK or JW will be paid if they are forced to resign before their term ends. But I won't be surprised if it's in the millions, more than the lifetime earnings of a regular employee. They ruined IBM, fired thousands of employees, and they enjoy on others misery.
Corporate America is broken , just disgusting to reward executives for failure and losses. To be fair there are a lot of other Corporations doing the same thing.
When stuff like this happens I figure out what i am worth and then I just take that much time off, in drips and draps over the year. I always make sure the work gets done, but figure if they are robbing me of a bonus well then I will rob them of some time.... It has worked out well over the years..
so looking at all the exec and directors etc and they all have a personal assistant wow!!

When will IBM employees do something about it? Never. Google employees do walkouts over cafeteria food and Google caves to their every demand. Employees at IBM don’t realize just how much power we have, especially as the number of individual contributors keeps diminishing and the number of leeching management keeps exploding...
Settle down. This is just usual Wall Street commanding the execs who do the bidding. Remember Gordon Gekko ? Anyways, it's there in black and white on the contract and there are teams of lawyers standing by.
