So I'm being told that all fresh has to learne each department. I'm an hns worker and management says we gave to be cross trained in bakery and be able to work in produce. Doesn't seem quite rite to me. I believe their saying that themselves.

It's a mandate from home office, not a manager thing. But seriously, I won't do a good job in a different department. If I wanted to be in bakery, I would have applied for bakery. So they can take it and shove it.
