Time frame guess until the vaccine will be mandatory for associates?

Considering I live in a state where they are going by age group. They can't put a time frame on when they want us to get the shot done. Let them....if I can't get one due to my age group not available and they fire me....that just equals lawsuit.

I received my 2nd vaccine 2 weeks ago. If you have the opportunity, please do so!! You are a frontline worker, make an appointment and get it done! Then you don't have to worry about all the trashy pieces of sh– not wearing masks!!!

Once the Feds remove the "emergency" designation they can make the vaccine mandatory. Doesn't mean they will but they can if they choose to do so.
They are not forcing you just encouraging you. Don't start trouble
Where did you see that? I seen it will not be mandatory but recommended.
Mandatory starting May 1 2021. All associates will have 60 days to comply or your jobs will terminated.

Hard to say. Certainly this will not happen until the vaccines are actually APPROVED by the FDA, rather than just authorized for emergency use as they are now.
