They need to stop throwing money at things that aren’t thought out and invest in the network. Where I live, we are bleeding customers. The same way the company is disconnected from its employees it is also disconnected from consumers.
This was nicely said by someone in the post @cyl+19UK4lJf. Perhaps the biggest problem is that this company is totally disconnected from its employees, consumers' needs and the reality in general and therefore they make a lot of bad business moves.
