I understand that the situation is difficult and that many are worried about jobs, but sometimes I really don’t understand young people who are so apathetic and negative, they think that any company (including Mondelez) is there only because of them, so they can reap the benefits while working the bare minimum. Maybe my post is too hard on some, but it’s true. Capable young people who work on themselves and continuously improve their skillset, are never so pathetic but always find a way to achieve their ambitions. Mondelez is not to blame for someone’s failure because they don’t make decisions for you. And no, I’m not from HR, I’m just being objective.

You do't have a clue what goes on, otherwise you would not be so naive. You gotta be one of the "chosen one". There is NO excuse for the behavior that is directed at some, you think it's ok for the discrimination that has taken place? Jury's don't agree. There are plenty that don't feel they can pursue that avenue, to take their case outside the company...and of course the settlements you don't even know about.
Instead of turning a blind eye to what goes on, kudos to those who stand firm in not allowing inappropriate behavior directed at some.
Agreed! Losers that complain about layoffs/poor work conditions are weak. If you’re not happy, find a new job! Problem is, the same people complaining do not have the work ethic to look else where. Mondelez provides a average work/life balance for probably slightly below average pay. If you’re not happy, go find another job! Bunch of losers on here looking for hand outs. Get a life!
