Gotta pay all the workers and there benefits.
Is this the work of the old Chicago-based pricing group?
Worst case scenario, the company pays a $20 fine.
How many fraud cases have come up against the company in the last few years, it's always a small fine and some random mid-level exec takes the fall.
This stuff goes all the way to the top - you don't skim millions off a govt fund w/out someone at the top approving it.
Except that there are exceptions with "whistleblowing". Those are the grounds he's going for. Point though is that att has been ripping government off for decades. This is the second case this year being brought against att for ripping off government. No surprise to employees of this brown stain of a company.
No grounds and this case will be thrown out. As an attorney, this thing called attorney client privileges is still there even if you leave your client / Employer. Nice try dip sh–.

Hey Randy needed a new nose and ear trimmer. Stinkey needed a new wine chiller for his master bath and Thaddeus wanted a new cup holder for his second Lamborghini (true story bro) who do you think was going to pay for all that?
sounds about att speed. rand and stank creative accounting. att's billing is a nightmare and glad i don't have to deal with it anymore since I moved all my services. I will never again buy anything from att mostly because of their billing.
att is just a cesspool and it just keeps proving that fact more and more everyday. I would advise people go find better employment elsewhere that treats you like a human and is an ethical company.
