Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Just stop

Just stop, alright. Stop telling others how they should or shouldn't feel. There's always two ways to look at things and if people have a legit gripe about their boss, their department, their company, this is America and they have the right and freedom to express it. Let it be. People have a right to be grateful for a job and people also have a right to express displeasure with their job. Period.

Dude, this company has an extremely high attrition and outages since the merger. Employees got robbed by FD senior micro management (ESPP dropped from 15% to 0%, 401k match removed during one of the fastest market recoveries, and medical costs wen up). How is this company better, WTF on the most admired company, and the last company survey is not an accurate reflection of the happiness of employees ?

And causes a lot of managers to never challenge their teams to improve. So they produce minimal output and spend much of the day chatting and on non work related pursuits. A 40,000 person goof off shop. The stock explained

"TRUST, MGR EFFECTIVENESS. DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND TEAMWORK . "

Hey, those are the same categories where the manager gets let go if the employees don't score those categories high. What a coincidence! Do you think that the corporate policy of removing managers who score low on those categories will cause the scores to increase?

most people lie on the Your Voice surveys now because if you complain, it backfires. just look at what happened when everyone rated Fiserv ultra-low on communication years ago.. we got punished with endless workday goal setting nonsense and now "check-ins". leadership is so incompetent that they need software to help track their employees. Fiserv stock only goes up when acquisitions are made or banks pay to break contracts. just think how much higher it could be if the company was actually functioning well and didn't have so many outages

This dream of a narrative that OFD and OFSV is a thing is long over. Both original companies scored highly on the engagement survey including to 10% scores on TRUST, MGR EFFECTIVENESS. DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND TEAMWORK . So don’t take the bait our competition is trolling this site because our performance is kicking their a—-s!

The relationship between Fiserv and First Data is rancid if you judge herein. Fiserv technically bought First Data but the latter is eating Fiserv for lunch. Yabuki has a good life now, tons of dollars and a cushy new CEO job. Fiserv ranks are being gutted for the "superior" First Data staffers. Anybody notice NO First Data layoffs are posted? Look it up. We have a few shills here and they are arrogant beyond belief. Fiserv itself is doomed, so I encourage ALL remaining Fiserv staff to leave now and run.
