I worked in QA I am Engineer and I completed four successful 6 Sigma Projects in five years saving $1.5 millions of Cost of Sc-ap and Rework. I was lay-off and my quality coworkers none of them got any result no credentials but the QA manager not only kept their jobs also promoted them to manager positions. My salary now is 50% more. Anyway I am still grateful with NOV

Years ago NOV would give prizes and have drawings for upgrade trucks for service techs for United Way oh that's right they took away company trucks and everything they could get away with
Any reason why NOV are sending work to GREENGATE MANCHESTER UK? I was hoping to get redundant to give a push to get out and work for another company
As if the Chief Elfecutive, Pepito and the rest of the Leaderless Minions don't have better things to do than change the name. How bout getting the company out of the Sh*t you guys put it in? What a bunch of id–ts.
Nonetheless, I think I'll just sit at my desk on the day I am supposed to be here, surf the internet, check tinder & expense all the golf and lunches I can, similar to the CTO/CMO except he expenses pretty much everything he can get his little fat hands on.
Actually I disagree with the inc(ompetent) insult. They're not even that good! Having worked for three other owners before the NOV "numpties got hold of us, I have to say in all honesty that NOV were far and away the worst shower of st by a Texan mile. We never had any redundancies in 10 years under the previous owners whereas NOV "so-called management" turned it into an annual pantomime over the same period before finally sinking the ship completely. We were totally "5Sed" there only I don't think shafted and shged are in the Japanese version.
Way to go cowboys!!!
I whole heartedly agree.
This company, No Opportunities Vacant, cant even take care of their employees but want you to give money to a company for profit who wont help others. Makes zero sense to me. They stopped contributing to our 401k, I stopped contributing as well.
Corporate America and its greed never stops!
Yeah they can refer the United Way to go ask for money from the shareholders, not the employees.
NOV wouldn't hesitate to count some beans and take benefits and pay and anything they can get away with taking from us to prioritize saving the shareholders a few bucks. Let them be generous.
Maybe if the 660 billionaires in the USA had trickled down a few bucks more to us "eSsEnTiAl WoRkErS" and only seen their wealth increase 4 trillion throughout the pandemic and not 4.1 trillion we might be able to give the united way a few dollars...
And it's time for them to go around asking for money for United Way. Sorry we took your 401K and haven't given standard raises in ages, but can you please help us look good by giving money.........
You have got that spot on,
Can’t argue with that.
