I can't tell the facts from sarcasm. Lol They started paying for this distinction when Fiserv was voted one of the worst companies to work for back in 2012 or 2013 by Glassdoor.
It's like the JD Power award....you have to pay Fortune for the ability to promote it. That's why our Fiserv email sig includes "Fortune Media IP Limited. Used under license"
That is exactly correct, this is a high value, highly engaged company with strong moral leadership
Eight other companies in our sector did not make the cut. This is the most objective assessment about a companies quality of any. Congratulations Fiserv, all the naysayers when confronted with real data can only find petty and juvenile insults.
This is a legitimate award and you should be honored to work at an organization that earns it
