Let me ask you something, would you still consider joining Nike when you did if you knew at that time what you know now? I had no idea what kind of situation I was walking into. I had no idea how little this company cared about its employees. I can tell you for sure that I wouldn't even think twice about it - I'd be turning this job down. And I'm sure I'm far from the only one.

I would say 'yes'. But then I joined the company in '96. And my experiences at Nike were largely enjoyable. Sure, the CDA thinking is flawed and the execution less than ideal. And unfortunately, many lives have been negatively impacted.
Nike is truly a different company than when I joined. For some it may actually be a better place to work, but not for many of us. But I think it's a rare company in today's world that cares deeply about its employees.
