What are our GLs and supervisors doing? KLTC is hiring non-stop and we can't even get a simple pay increment of RM300-500 (which is not even much I must say)? Inflation is higher than pay rise and the company blames it on Covid19 and the economy. Some of us worked really hard in the past 1.5 years and do not get a single reward out of it. Now the ranking cycle is back but we all know it will be pointless because we most likely will not get anything in return next year.
We are also getting more and more work, some days working >12 hours and the pay definitely does not reflect that. And what is with the assignment rotations in this company? Almost everyone stays in their role doing the same exact thing for 3-4 years.
