With all the pressure at UHC, that only seems to increase, does anybody actually pray & hope they get laid off?

Absolutely!
I prayed and suffered for years until finally my day came. Bitter sweet. It truly is the best thing any long term employee can have happen to them here. I know many who hope for a layoff.
Have you applied for positions at other companies? Getting a job at another company outside of UHC will be a better option than getting laid off.

Hell yes! This place is a disgusting melting pot of STRESS! It would be a blessing.
Yes! I wish I could volunteer.
Yup....trying to be grateful to have employment through the pandemic but the stress that it has been causing is almost not worth the trouble.
