Now I realize I had become complacent about my career and I thought the situation in the job market was a little better so I didn’t look for an alternative in time. I have been trying to find an adequate job for 2 months now and I am failing at it. I am becoming aware that I will probably have to agree to a worse position than I had here. I wonder how the rest of you are going about looking for a new job?

For those with the intelligence of more than a potato like yourself recruiters will get you a job.
Those recruiters are only capable of working with what’s out there, and it ain’t much! At least not in this industry unless you want to work at Kroger, WM, or Amazon?
Work with a recruiter. They get paid to place you.
It’s amazing to know how complacent people were when the red flags were all around, and if you missed those all you had to do is read! So obvious! So sad! Amazon or wall mart are hiring! Good luck!
