Has anyone who has been RA'ed in previous rounds taken advantage of this? Is the reimbursement process a pain? It seems very easy, but IBM makes nothing easy.

This $2,500 is also heavily taxed. Refunds could take sometime and are in the form
of a check. Also, there are limitations on what can be reimbursed so check in advance.
It's fairly easy. Just set up an account and submit requested form and supporting docs for any qualified training to the acclarisonline portal. There's an 800 number too for questions.
