Y'all remember how each year upper management takes a fancy, expensive trip away to plan for the year and ensure success.... I wanna see that done for all employees if it's so useful.

I just wish they would hire an independent ethics advisor to provide input into their ignorant business practices of giving out promotions to management and retention bonuses to management while laying off 2,000 people.
So if execs run the company and the minions don't have any input... then the execs are the only people we can blame for the catastrophe that we are in today.

This is a really f—ing dumb take. All employees don't f—ing plan for the year or chart out the company's path, execs do. Yeah it's kinda b—s— and arguably a waste of money, but it's a relatively small amount in the grand scheme of things and it's just one of the many perks that comes with making it to the top of the corporate ladder, so just get the f— over it.
