Global Projects forum confirmed as much. VPs are eating up what consultant BCG is feeding them. Same old playbook of fire and offshore that BCG is famous for. They do make some nice slide packs though!
Bring on the PIL. I totally regret not participating in the last program. ExxonMobil and it’s management is beyond pathetic. They continue to feed lies to cover their back sides. No respect, no dignity.
Unfortunately UBD/Engineers should be concerned. When the new re-org is published, you’ll have a better picture. Here we go again! Just sad.
Lots of retirements and retirement eligible people to be strongly encouraged to move out the door. Wouldn't be surprised to see many take PIL in July.
Most research and engineering jobs should be shipped to low-cost locations!
