Think of how much money they will be saving doing a virtual meeting. That means all of us “essential associates” get some sort of hazard pay, right? Hahahahaha. Not, or sike, for us old schools folk.
Ah, yes, the annual YBM where it is one big rah, rah, rah session where they pump smoke up your @$$ and explain that you will be doing more with less (more work for less pay, benefits and incentives) and you walk away smiling believing you will have another great year because they directly injected the Kool-Aid into your veins.
PLEASE get rid of these useless shiftless brainless managers and bump up lead pay
