I know it hasn't for at least two years (that's how long I've been here and every single month's been stressful because of the threat of layoffs.) Is this an ongoing thing? Have most of the people really been going through this for however many years they've been here?

Been this way since I started in 1999. Nothing changes. Vital signs is a JOKE. I haven't even participated in it in years. Uhc pays their people terrible, the Healthcare benefits are the worst, the id–ts in management are the worst, bonuses? HA! good luck with that. And yes, I know these are facts. If I were younger, I would get another job, any other job!
It’s been continuous the last 4 years. Every month & specifically before MAP reviews. Anxiety of being laid off, poor MAP reviews, low RRP, leadership changes, offshoring US jobs, shifting staff, etc.
Since 2017, lay-off, hire, outsource, lay-off.....
