What about COLA for Midland? 🤣
VPs have said only principal engineers will be in Houston. Rest in India or Midland.
Here is what we know:
• Houston VPs keep saying PIP will happen and employed are entitled brats
• Investors keep being told more headcount reductions to come
So no one at ExxonMobil should be feeling safe and secure.
Another layoff or just the higher PIP %?
