I remember the 2nd most profitable year in Fords history (2011-2012) and the AICP was around 70-75% of target. Management congratulated the employees on a great year and then penalized them on compensation. The salaried AICP formula is obscure, and there is no way an employee could calculate it because those details are not communicated.
