If you are over 50, save like crazy and be ready for next round of cuts, they will come just a matter of when
Layoffs are never over, but after a 15% cut if you are still standing the chances of another biggy are much reduced not zero however. You are probably safe for another 2-3 years though, but don't bank on it. Prepare as if it is. Don't overextend yourself, save and invest and milk the CVS ESIP and pension for as much as you can get! I did when I was at the company and walked away 750k richer.
Gosh, I could just never figure out what flavor of koolaid to drink. I guess that led to the end of my fate.

Layoffs will come the form of a crowded PDC with many “must moves” and very few positions. They did this back the spring 2020 PDC.

Once the WTI goes below $40 then there is another round, for now the management is excited that they could profit for Q1 2021 at $60 and brag about the previous positive impact of layoffs in the next investor presentation.
Each restructuring takes about 3 years to execute. If you have one reorg every 3 years than it is continuous. I think we used to call this continuous process improvement.
