VZ optimization for Indirect

What is VZ do it with their optimization list? Seems like they're eliminating competition...Corp stores and indirect in hopes of pushing sales to online and tele. You guys in Corp stores are getting screwed and now they're screwing indirect channel. Huge re-org took out many acct managers, cutting Corp door hours and closing doors in Q4 for 2-4 weeks. WTF is going on.....that d-bag Ceo is doing to Vz the same sh– he did to Erriccson....getting it ready for a take over.

Finally someone said it this company is f—ing itself in the long run ,Taking every good reps incentive to actually sell and drop our at risk and on top of that putting us on a store quota. Now all the lazy f—s get paid while the people who actually work don’t get sh– I went from making 4800$ a month to 2600$ And on top of that they won’t backfill any positions we’re all run ragged trying to keep up but they won’t hire anyone new they keep saying we’re over head count it’s ridiculous . There is a blatant disregard for Verizon employees now, ever since this Hans guy took over. I guess f—ing up Sony Ericsson wasn’t bad enough So after 4 years I’m just going to T-Mobile. Verizon is living in the past thinking they have the best coverage they completely flopped on 5G and now all those heavy hitting reps are going to a company that actually cares or at least cares enough not to go to a communist business model.

How does vz pay these indirect account managers 90k+ when they sit at home, out shopping, or even some out on vacation while 'working'

Keep drinking the Kool-aid until you're on the chopping block. This company is in the race to the bottom with At&t. Customers don't care about the network as they're broke and looking to cut costs. Cuts were coming a year ago? So that decision was made in 2019 to cut jobs which was pre-covid so that is a bunch of bs.

The indirect account manager role was wasteful. Highly paid with very little value.

Getting angry wont change the fact. Cuts were coming a year ago. Covid is who you need to be angry at and your state govt.
