So why does it seem we lost so many technically talented African Americans in Round 4. It seems Chevron prefers to focus on "Diversity" and the hiring of women, Asians and Hispanics in America. It's scary, particularly in IT how little representation of African Americans there is in Decision Makers.
Just saw the technical talent management group's presentation. Not a single African American in the whole team. How can African Americans be represented if they're not in the room. You would think they would consider this particularly within America to be sensitive to the national cultural concerns.
