Right, Because according to the IRS, if you run a business and declare a lost three out of five years, it’s a HOBBY.
Cisco needs to get their act in gear and start running it as a business not a hobby, one of laying people off and ruining their lives. It’s sick and disgusting and it needs to end, or Cisco should just shut their doors so everyone can all move on with our lives.
And they should be blacklisted from hiring contractors.
And if you use waycist terms like that, you don’t deserve to be in CSCO

And they should be blacklisted from hiring contractors. Somebody should complain to the labor department.
What kind of engineers are they if they still defecate in public?
What do you expect after outsourcing software and hardware.....everything to Asia ? There are hundreds of skilled employees outside USA..... many were trained long ago and they have years of experience now.
They have chip foundries and all the parts and machinery is manufactured there.
Thanks to the US upper management who lead all the effort for the last 25 years to outsource everything there and reap the high profits for the top 15%.
Every company in the Bay Area are doing it. Cut jobs here and outsource as much as possible.
CEO needs to use his math skills to analyze the data objectively before pushing wokeness to his work force.

Company has turned into nothing but a lefty funding source and puppet. They actively try to shove that propaganda down the employee throats too. Sad state this company has turned into. There once was a time where it WAS the number one company to work for. Now? It's a job.
