unconscious bias training

So I have unconscious bias training sitting there and the due date is coming. Managers always saying "don't get on the list of not complete" Anyone know what happens if you're on the "list"?

I retire tomorrow. My last act of defiance is not taking some useless woke training class. Can't wait for Monday morning with no alarm clock set.

They are very easy to skip through, you can fast forward every section. The questions at the end are easy enough to guess or repeat if you don't get the 80%. I have done this with every one and saved hours of pain. Oh the joy of working at Funnysmell.

I finished mine today. I have learned I am not allowed to have an opinion or express an opinion, as it will be deemed micro aggression. Oh wait.... I learned that within my first few weeks at Honeyhell. Keep your head down and your mouth shut.

But hey, let s-xual harassment run rampant. Must not be the buzz word for 2021.

Honeywell in huge on RIF's of older employees..ie age discrimination. They just camouflage it with some non-performers, etc..

The only purpose of this kind of social training to limit liability to the company in the event anyone, anywhere says the HWell is a discriminatory company. HWell can say, "We are woke. We make our biased employees take this training so that they can become woke too."

same as 19n848C1. I kept a binder full of correct answers for many courses. Even labeled as STUDY GUIDE. LOL I even recorded the time it to me to take the course and test first time and would usually that as a guide for how long I would spend taking it. Just as a safe guard as I figured the might try and screen for people completing it in just a few minutes. Damn it's great to be retired!

Let’s create a new metric where the diversity of the location helps determine work allocation!
1 point for every leader that is from an under represented minority in the surrounding community. 2 points for persecuted minorities like indigenous peoples or LGBTQ.

So what is the score for HTS locations? Any underrepresented minorities in leadership in China sites? What about India? ... the only locations that must worry about this the sites that already have the most diverse populations.

Work where the problem is... we have product to ship

It's a b-s training like so many others.
Take it, let it run, check if you can fast forward through the content. If not, turn down the volume and do something else.
Come quiz time, take a guess, check the answers and write the correct ones down so you can redo it if needed.
Then relax and book 4 hours on training.
Remember to keep the cofrect answers for future reference.

I do all trainings this way, i keep a list of 'right' answers per b-s training with yearly repeat. Some I did at home while taking a nap....

It's just useless required training like several others that we're required to take. It isn't some subliminal hypnotic session.

Just take it and get it over with. It pays the same as doing real work.

The CCP fund Eggshell awareness research in our universities but don’t practice it themselves. Just nod your head and learn mandarin. Better to have a tough boss than a clueless eggshell manager.

It is a relatively painless course in the ongoing incremental woke indoctrination program. One recommendation is to load up on sugar and caffeine before starting the course. This will help you stay conscious during the unconscious bias indoctrination training module.
