Anyone hearing anything on when we might learn more about restructure?

Of course they know! No need to keep asking...they are not going to tell! Why would they? That would NOT benefit Mondelez and that all they care about! If people are just figuring this out now......wow! That's truly very unfortunate!
Once warehouse is fully underway...merchandisers will be next to go. Leaving DSD in phases, and they know the timeline.

I’m an SR in the East and am very concerned here,, DM & RSM say they’ll have a team to manage post restructuring they’ve said that have no idea of the makeup of the teams. I call BS! NDA or not. They know!

My DM got a look at the Routes today. Not telling us anything about them yet.

According to my DM, there's no phase B 🙄
this restructure is only another step closer to the end of dsd, who cares what "phase b" is...we all know whats coming.
I’m currently a RMS in great lakes region. Only information we currently have on the restructure, was what we received when we were told last month. Our RDR Cannot tell us the next part which is considered phase B until after 15 February. I know we will get the mods next week to start seeing the territories layouts.
What I speculate only will affect my local group in the east coast. I expect my team to be dissolved into three other teams...
I don't see making territories smaller,as I've handled just under 25 quite well for awhile.
Probably a third of the stores on my team are d so I expect sales reps numbers to drop to 5 or 6

you know.....all i have is speculation and i feel like i have a pretty good idea of whats going to come, but if you really know something why dont you share details? no names being used here and i know a lot of folks are more afraid because of what they dont know
RDR's signed a Non Disclosure agreement and cannot let out anymore info until Feb 15th.
Your DMs and RMS got the new mods already but they are not talking. Yet.
