I originally got a 4% bonus (lowest since I've been here) with 40% cash and 60% stock that vested over 3 years. Then I got updated info that said it would be all cash. 40% paid out last week, the other 60% should be on the next paycheck. Just wondering if anyone experienced similar.
It's funny because the c-appy bonus was what finally gave me the motivation to look for a new job, but now that I'm getting the rest in cash I'll have to wait another week to give my notice. Ha!
FB wants his 40million in stock, so they are doing everything in their power to prop up their stock, which has seen better days... another billion dollar buy back anyone ? we want to make it to last years 2020 highs..

I was set to receive a huge multi-Tesla bonus but the servers that are responsible for processing such items are billowing smoke and exploding off the network at record rates since leadership is too busy posting on this website to notice.

Lots of Americans do not have jobs and that includes reductions in force at Fiserv. Cutting 401K contribute reminded me that Ebinezer Schooge, FB, is in charge here. If the FData folk are doing so good, why don't they leave this piss poor company for better jobs themselves.

Personal bonus was 85% of last year, despite higher perf rating this year. I was told that overall bonus payments in my business unit were capped at 77% of the prior year.
