Intel is a truly abusive company. It is abusive to both non-manufacturing and manufacturing employees. Intel always supports abusive managers and fails to protect employees. The company regularly crosses the line.
It is really torturous to read some of the employee lawsuits filed against Intel in various locations, Arizona, Ca etc. if you get a chance, just search the internet or court records. The complaints include similar story lines. They all start with abusive management and explain how HR and some co workers are used to make targeted employee’s life unbearable. Until the employee leaves or is fired or laid off. The ODI process and the so called managers’ witnesses (I.e. low integrity, spineless co-workers, more like con-workers). They all start with abusive, a– hole managers whom Intel, intel HR and intel legal fully support .
It is embarrassing to hear Management talk about one intel, inclusion vs. messages. Incompetent A–holes (worst employee type) actually survive and thrive at intel. Nothing has changed. And now the same company is looking for tax payer handouts to Build fabs. NO F...WAY. Now HR has initiatives to attract better talent to intel. I doubt intel will be able to hold on to the existing talent.
