What kind of a company gives someone off the streets more than Loyal Associates they have had for years? Proves that they are trying to get rid of all long term Associates!
It’s really sad to watch the downward spiral of this company!
When the company says competitive wages they mean it. I was hired in at a MIT making more than managers who have been there 20 years.
Their pay is 100% your business. Spoken like a manager. Pretending wages are a huge secret is just a way to undervalue associates. You all deserve to know what people doing the same job are making.

Any truth to team leads getting raises? I’m still at 18 as well. I’ve heard 20-23 minimum for leads over the past year but still no factual information on it. I’ve even considered stepping down and making 17 just to have a set schedule and stress free job.
Sorry about the other lead making more. I know that feeling.
Since leads still get credits it is possible for someone to get hired off the street and make more then someone who has been with the club for years.
In the past alot of people position hopped quite a bit and that was another tricky way of getting your pay rate increased. 10% up 5% down and do it just before February and it will only be a 3% down.
Pretty soon team leads will be making 20.00 not 18 so hopefully that will help you and not that person making 3 00 more than you.
You're worse than I was. After 17 years for me I was @ $14.95. Today they're starting at $15! It took me 18 years to make more than what they're starting out at today.

If someone is making $3 more an hour for doing the same job, it sounds like you're the one who's a few lumens short of a bulb.
