My boss is a women in her mid 50's in Risk. She has on multi occasions talked to me like a drunk would, slurred speech and you know just off like off, like its vino time. What do you think i should do? I kind of like my situation because she leaves be alone most the time and she doesn't mind if i stop working early. But something is seriously off and she at times can be highly emotional. I worry if bring it up to her or like someone else she might flip. Anyone else have to deal with a WFH drunk?

Or maybe she was busy with a sick duck.
Brain injury of some sort? People don't realize these things happen, and how serious they are, until it happens to someone close to them.
She could also be on blood pressure medicine. Sometimes those will space someone out.
I wouldn’t assume too much. Many health conditions can cause slurred speech. Accusing someone of being drunk on the job is a very serious accusation. You might want to think over your next steps before making assumptions.
Ok boomer
This type of issue is covered every year in training. Why post your question here?
Focus on your work. If you think she may be endangering herself or s–c-dal, that's another matter. We had a guy in London who kept a full bar in his office. He actually did a great job, but decided to retire.
You sound like you need more work than observing your drunk boss. Pick a battle, mind your business
Or breakfast
;)
What are you crazy! If Barney Gumble was my boss it would be a dream come true. You likely are working 2-3 hours less a day, and what's the trade off? hearing your boss cry in a cup and slurred speech. Wise up my man, do like the rest of here at the bank and have a screwdriver or two for lunch.
She leaves you alone, you like your job but sometimes you need to deal with another human's emotions while they face a pandemic and WFH stresses. And now it's time to drop the ax on her head. You sound awful, to be honest. Maybe she drinks because she has to manage you?
That is normal at Bank of America....
contact HR or advice & Counsel with your observations;
There are many medical conditions that could cause this. Drinking at work is a serious allegation.
Bells Palsy?
Or worse, has a speech impediment caused by Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
Could also be that they had a stroke
